High school students who are at least sixteen years old may submit their own information only when applying for internships or age-appropriate opportunities designated by BitSpace.

When you book a camp, class, or workshop, you may be redirected to our registration platform (currently Jumbula) where payments are processed securely through providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Schedule Changes
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the policies published on our website or registration platform. BitSpace may update these policies as needed to reflect seasonal programs, limited capacity, or specific event requirements.

Parents or guardians must provide accurate pickup information for youth participants. BitSpace may request identification during pickup to ensure child safety and may refuse release to anyone not listed as an approved contact.

Participants may not reproduce or share proprietary curriculum or training materials unless BitSpace has explicitly allowed it.
