Terms and Conditions
1. VALIDITY PERIOD
The Gift Certificate is valid for use until December 31, 2025, after which point it will no longer be valid. We recommend booking your camp well in advance to ensure availability.
2. REDEMPTION
This certificate is valid for a single transaction only. Use this certificate to sign up for any available camp or Open Shop at BitSpace. To redeem, simply enter the code shown on the certificate on the checkout page.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE
This certificate is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. The value of this certificate will not be reimbursed if unused; please use it within the validity period.
4. TRANSFERABILITY
Resale of this certificate is strictly prohibited.
Ownership of this voucher can be transferred to another person post-purchase.
5. LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES
BitSpace is not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, and will not issue a replacement.
However, the original purchaser should have received the certificate code via email which the recipient can request from the purchaser. We encourage all certificate holders to keep this information safe to avoid any inconvenience.
6. REMAINING BALANCE
Any unused balance will not be returned or credited. If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment. No cashback or credit will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Certificate.
7. EXCLUSIONS
This gift certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. Redemption is not permitted for special events or private parties.
8. CANCELLATION
Certificates may be voided by BitSpace if any alterations or unauthorized endorsements are detected. In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.
9. JURISDICTION
All disputes related to this Gift Certificate will be resolved under the laws of the state of Illinois.

We understand life gets busy, but we encourage you to make the most of your BitSpace experience before the expiration date. Unfortunately, we can’t extend the certificate’s life beyond December 31, 2026, so please plan ahead!
Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t use your certificate, feel free to gift it forward. Just remember that reselling it is a no-go, but transferring it to another lucky maker is perfectly fine.
If your gift certificate goes missing, the original purchaser will have the code in their email. Just reach out to them to retrieve it. While we can’t reissue a new certificate, we’ve got your back with the digital backup!
All the value packed into your gift certificate is meant to be used for our camps. So, if there’s a leftover amount, it won’t be refunded as cash or credit. Let’s make sure we use it all up to maximize the fun!
